SAS Forum UK – 18 – 19 June 2018

SAS Forum UK 18 Banner

Bringing together hundreds of SAS users from across the UK, the 2018 SAS Forum UK is now just a month away! Join us for the biggest and best UK SAS event in the calendar.

This year’s SAS Forum UK is focused on exploring Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the seemingly limitless possibilities it can offer organisations for gaining greater competitive advantage through data. Amadeus is pleased to be sponsoring the event again this year, and look forward to seeing many familiar faces and some new ones over the course of the two days.

Focusing on creating valuable opportunities from Artificial, Business and Customer Intelligence, this year’s Forum is taking place between 18th and 19th June, at the Genting Arena in Birmingham. As event sponsors again this year, we will be hosting a stand - representatives will be on-hand throughout the event so remember to call by and see us. With a number of exciting developments of late, including the launch of a Data Science branch to the business, there will be lots to discuss.

In addition, Amadeus Consultant Carrie will be repeating her packed-out presentation from this year’s Global Forum, “SAS and Python: The Perfect Partners in Crime”. Carrie’s paper illustrates the integration of open source technology with the SAS platform by using Python to ingest online UK crime data, wrangling that data into shape for analytics and using SAS analytics for governed and validated insight. Carrie covers the use of SASPy from Jupyter Notebook.

Attend this year’s SAS Forum UK for insight into exactly how to maximise Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence and Customer Intelligence can generate valuable insight from your data
