At Amadeus we strive to improve our SAS service level and expand our offerings on a continuous basis. Feedback is really important to us, as it not only educates where we need to focus our attention over the next 12 months, but also areas where we can improve our service offering to customers.

We are pleased to announce the results were overwhelmingly positive.

The survey results showed that 87 percent of the respondents expressed their overall satisfaction of Amadeus Services was either excellent or above average and 90 percent of them would recommend us to friends or colleagues.
