Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

Statement as of 19th March 2020.

There is no doubt that we find ourselves in difficult times due to Coronavirus. However, we wanted to reassure you that it’s business as usual here at Amadeus.

The health of all our staff, customers and the wider community is of primary concern, which is why our teams will be working remotely. Fortunately, our business is one that can continue to function online and we’ve taken all necessary steps to ensure this can continue for as long as is required. As such, there will be no impact on the service our customers receive or for support SLAs.

Despite the situation, we are confident that we can continue to provide all our training courses remotely.  As of Monday 23rd March, all Amadeus courses will be delivered through live web classes until further notice. For more information on the requirements to join these virtual sessions, please contact us here.

Rest assured that we will continue to monitor official advice and the situation as a whole very closely and will be in touch with any further updates once we have them. In the meantime, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
